Brainsmithy — Text Messaging Program

You only receive texts from Brainsmithy by your own action. There are three ways, and no others:

1. You call Brainsmithy. The call is answered by Brainsmithy's AI assistant, which tells you at the start that the call may be recorded, that you are speaking with an AI assistant, and that Brainsmithy may text service information to the number you are calling from. Continuing the call, or asking to be texted, is your consent.
2. You text Brainsmithy at that same business number. Starting the conversation is your consent, and the first reply identifies Brainsmithy by name and tells you how to opt out.
3. You book an appointment with Brainsmithy and give your mobile number for confirmations and reminders.

By contacting Brainsmithy or providing your mobile number, you agree to receive transactional service text messages from Brainsmithy at that number. Brainsmithy never buys, rents, uploads or imports phone number lists, and no number is enrolled without that person's own action. There is no pre-checked box and no automatic enrolment.

Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-ups, and replies to questions you asked. These are transactional customer-care messages only — no marketing or promotional content.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT at any time to stop all messages — opt-outs are honored immediately. Reply HELP or INFO for help.

When you text Brainsmithy or ask us to text you, we process your mobile number and message content only to respond to you, confirm and remind you about appointments, and answer your questions.

Your mobile information is never sold and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. It is shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf (the messaging carrier), and only to deliver them. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Opt-outs are honored immediately and retained so that the number is not messaged again.

By texting Brainsmithy or providing your mobile number, you agree to receive transactional text messages (booking confirmations, reminders, missed-call follow-ups, and replies to your questions) from Brainsmithy, a d/b/a of LogiCode Solutions, LLC.

Messages may be sent by an AI assistant on Brainsmithy's behalf; the first message of any conversation identifies Brainsmithy by name.
