This tool sprawl wastes hours every week, creates data silos, and means no single tool truly understands your business context. Existing solutions are either too simple or built for large teams with enterprise pricing.
Our Solution
We designed and built Solo (soloit.app) as a unified AI business platform. The system features Stripe-native invoicing with multi-currency and recurring billing, a full CRM with client history and project tracking, AI-drafted contracts with e-signatures, a notes workspace with AI-powered related content suggestions, rate intelligence for market-based pricing recommendations, background agents for automated follow-ups and pipeline monitoring, and Google Calendar integration. The AI layer learns each user's clients, preferred rates, and writing style to deliver genuinely personalized assistance rather than generic outputs.
The Outcome
Solo launched as a production SaaS at soloit.app with a freemium model (Starter free forever, Solopreneur at $19/mo, Studio at $39/mo). The platform ships as a Progressive Web App with offline functionality, giving solopreneurs a native-like experience on any device. From architecture to launch, the entire product was designed, engineered, and shipped by Brainsmithy -- demonstrating our ability to take a complex SaaS product from concept to market.
